The opportunity

The recruiter would be required to pro-actively recruit volunteers for a variety of duties. Would also be required to identify training needs and oversee working conditions at the studio plus devising a reward system to ensure retention of volunteers.

The organisation

We provide a wide range of local interest radio programmes covering community participation in areas which include health, recreation, education,commerce and local democracy. To support the broadcasts we have teams handling recruitment, promotion, programming, advertising, fund raising, technical and youth issues.

Skills/Qualifications

Experience of Human Resource management would be useful.
