The opportunity

Local community radio need a volunteer to co-ordinate their publicity efforts for the next broadcast. They also need helpers to do small jobs relating to publicity, put up posters, flyers etc If you have lots of ideas and the time t put them into action then please get in touch.

The organisation

We provide a wide range of local interest radio programmes for four weeks, twice each year. covering community participation in areas which include health, recreation, education, commerce and local democracy. To support the broadcast we have teams handling recruitment, promotion, programming, advertising, fund raising, technical and youth issues.

Skills/Qualifications

No specific skiils required just an interest in local radio and helping your local community.
