The opportunity

With so many of our Service men and women deployed in areas of conflict today, the Poppy Appeal is needed more than ever. We need 'Poppy People' to collect money and distribute poppies etc (Drivers very welcome) to make the poppy appeal a success again in Thornbury and surrounding districts.

The organisation

Bristish service people are in action around the world every day of the year. They know that if they need our support - now or in the future - the Legion is always on active duty for them. The call for this welfare service is increasing year upon year.
