The opportunityAdmin Office Support volunteer will be making follow-up phone calls to a client group to collect feedback using a standard questionnaire; entering and updating client details on our database; checking records and amending; filing records and assisting with other admin tasks, as required; assist the admin team in busy periods with front desk operations if required. The organisationOur 3000 volunteers are involved in: Skills/QualificationsGood communication/interpersonal skills; computer literate; ability to accurately input information; experience of record keeping and filing; good IT skills, experience of Microsoft, ability to learn to use simple bespoke database; confident courteous and friendly telephone manner essential; passionate about the right for everyone to live as independently and inclusively as they wish. ability to work accurately with the minimum amount of supervision.
